Alice Marie (Aubrey) Oechslin

Alice Marie (Aubrey) Oechslin, 58, of Crestwood, passed away peacefully on November 4th, 2017 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with her family by her side after suffering from an extended illness.
Alice was born March 18th, 1959 in New Albany, Indiana.  She was a licensed cosmetologist and retired from the Oldham County School System.  She loved gardening, shopping and vacationing anywhere near the beach.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Sipes; stepfather, Herschel Sipes; father, Jay Aubrey; and brother, Robert Lewis.  She is survived by her husband, Kevin Oechslin; daughter, Emily Jones; son, Matthew Oechslin; two sisters, Beverly (Joseph) Basham and Lynn (Charles) Penuell; and brother, Richard (Janey) Lewis.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Stoess Funeral Home, 6534 West Highway 22, Crestwood, Wednesday, November 8th from 2-7 PM with a memorial service beginning at 7:30.  Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Liver Foundation or Pulmonary Hypertension Association.
