Richard Thomas Prewitt

Richard Thomas Prewitt Sr., (the Axeman) 68 years old, passed away on Wednesday August 3rd, at Kindred Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Born in the summer of '48, in Lexington, KY to James A. Prewitt and Norma L. Prewitt.  Graduated Southern High School, served in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam, Graduated Sullivan College with a degree in computer programming.  He loved his family, tinkering, anything outdoors, and proving to people that he could do something, when they said he couldn't.  Also a student of life, loved to learn all he could about his interests and passions.  Survived by son, Richard T. Prewitt, Jr. (Casey Fay); daughter, Heather A. Frascelli (Darren Frascelli); siblings, Robert H. Kelly, Janice L. Boggs, James H. Prewitt, Michael L. Prewitt; grandchildren, Delona R. Frascelli and Jaxson D. Prewitt; many nieces and nephews.
