Mary (Makris) George

Mary George, 84 years of age, passed away on Wednesday November 25 in Crestwood, Kentucky. She is survived by Felix, her husband of 63 years, two sons Philip and Paul, a daughter Toni, granddaughter Leyanna, and sister Dorothy.

Born in New York City, she and her husband Felix, after retiring were able to travel, live, and experience many different areas of the United States.
She was a creative thinker, a woman of ideas, and had a unique approach to life.

Burial and a simple ceremony will be held 3:00 PM on Friday November 27 at
the Peewee Valley Cemetery, Peewee Valley, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers and remembrances, contributions in her name can be made to any benevolent organization of your choice.
