Knowing Joy has always been a fun memory for me. We were roommates at Highland Academy @ Portland, Tennessee way back in the day. I remember spending a Thanksgiving holiday with Joy and her family during a school break and what a "Blast" that was.
I am very upset that Joy has passed and hope that Roy and family are dealing day to day with her absence. She will continue to be in my thoughts and dear to my heart.

Joy Kay, I could write a book about all the things we got into. We've laughed, we've cried, gone thru births, been thru deaths, patted each on the back for achievements . Lord knows how you hung in there thru the good times and the not so good times with our family. You helped me out so very much, sometimes it was your wisdom that got me thru. I will miss you more than anyone knows. Your silly laugh, your turned up nose and your Barefootin' dance. We tried our best to dance the county down. So now Sis, you and your favorite all time person (Elvis) can dance around the golden gates. I love you and will miss your being here till I join you. Dance with Stacey once for me.
