Cindy O. Duncan

Cindy O. Duncan, 59, of Pewee Valley, passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Hosparus of Louisville.

She was the daughter of Leona Duncan Sharp (Jay) of Pewee Valley and the late George King Duncan.  She was a graduate of Oldham County High School class of 1975, went on to work several years at Kmart, then retiring from Evergreen Enviromental..

She was preceded in death by her brother George Leslie Duncan; sister, Sharon K. Smith and brother-in-law, David S. Smith.

Cindy is survived by her mother, Leona Duncan Sharp; a sister Lori Simmons (Billy) of Pewee Valley; an aunt, Joann Barnhill of Westport; a nephew, Ira Collins Duncan (Erin) of Lexington; niece, Nikki Palmer (James) of Smithfield; a great niece, Meytal Palmer, three step sisters, LInda Hopkins, Joy Furgson and Lisa Lehring; numerous step nieces and nephews and several close friends.

Memorial service 7 pm Thursday, September 15 at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood.  Visitation from 3 until time of the service.
