Bryan Wayne Simmons

57, of Louisville passed away Wednesday, November 23rd, 2016 at Norton Suburban Hospital. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Omar and Viola Simmons.
He is survived by his brothers, Jim Simmons (Sue) of Bedford; Marshall Simmons (Hannah) of Louisville; brother by choice, George Smith; caregiver, Alice Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be Tuesday 11:30 am, Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood with interment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.  Visitation will be Monday 1-8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Apple Patch.
