William Fischer

William (Bill) Fischer, 96, of LaGrange passed away Tuesday, June 1st, 2021. 

He was a member of DeHaven Baptist Church, having served over  21 mission trips to Honduras, Disaster Relief Team after 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina, Church Youth Groups, and Baptist Builders.  He also served in the Army.

He is preceded in death by his daughters, Debbie and Theresa Fischer and son, David Fischer. 

He is survived by his wife, Holly Stoess Fischer; son, Bill Fischer (Kim); grandchildren, Landy (Karen), Tyler, Zach, Debbie Fischer, and Kelsey (Chris) Dye; and 5 great grandchildren.  

Funeral service will be Saturday 1PM, Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood with burial to follow in Floydsburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be 10AM to 12PM Saturday before Funeral service.  Memorial contributions may be made to DeHaven Baptist Church Baptist Builders.
