Sharon Angela Hardy

Sharon Angela Hardy, 76, passed away on August 6, 2022, in Louisville.  Sharon had a career in marketing and was a graduate of the University of Louisville with a Master’s degree in sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Science.  During her college career she worked in the English department as a secretary and as an academic advisor. In her free time, Sharon would volunteer at The Red Cross and the Lords Soup Kitchen.  She is survived by her daughters, Sharla Smith and Sarah Quijada-Hardy, sons, Jack Jr. and Jason Hardy, brother, Stewart Johnson, 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.  She enjoyed taking her grandchildren and great grandchildren to the park to feed the ducks.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Marjorie Johnson. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, from 5:00-8:00 at Stoess Fuenral Home, Crestwood, Kentucky.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 11, 2022, at the funeral home, with interment immediately following the service, at Floydsburg Cemetery, Crestwood.
