Ronald Joseph Skiscim

Ronald Skiscim, 82, of Crestwood, KY passed away Wednesday, January 29th, 2020 at Forest Springs after a short illness.  Ron enjoyed a fulfilling career as a Senior Research Chemist, retiring from Shell Chemical Company, and had been awarded numerous patents.  Other than his family, Ronald found relaxation and enjoyment while fishing, hunting and working on Lionel model trains.  He is survived by his wife, Jane; son, Ronald (Debbie) Skiscim; daughter, Debbie (Todd) Vajner; daughter, Eileen (Huy) Nguyen; grandchildren, Ryan and Nathan Vajner, Caitlien and Benjaminh Nguyen, Patrick Skiscim, and Ryan and Michael Rieks.

A Funeral Mass will be Monday, 11 am, St. Aloysius Chapel with inurnment to follow in St. Aloysius Cemetery.  A gathering of family and friends will be from 10 to 11 am at the chapel prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Ronald Skiscim Memorial Fund at St. Aloysius.
