Robert Scott Kirzinger

Robert Scott Kirzinger, 75, passed away at his home on December 10, 2025. Bob was born and raised in Louisville, attended Seneca High School and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Horticulture. His love for the outdoors and nature created a lifelong career and ownership of a family business.  Planting spring flowers and plowing the first big snow were yearly highlights. 

He was a devoted husband to Kitty for 51 years, a giving and loving father to Stacy Gillespie (Darren), and a cherished grandfather to Tatum, Fallon and Foster.

He was a man of deep integrity, known for his gentle spirit and unwavering support to Saint Aloysius Picnic (Mr. Noodle) and Middletown VFW Post 1170.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Martha Kirzinger. 

The visitation will be held Monday, December 15th, 2025, from 9:30 -11:30am at St.Aloysius Chapel in Pewee Valley with Mass following and burial at Cave Hill Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers the family request any donations in Roberts memory be made to St. Aloysius Church in Pewee Valley, Kentucky or VFW Post 1170
