Myrtle Faye Hood

Myrtle Faye Hood, 77, passed away on June 26, 2022, at Baptist Health Louisville.  She was born on April 18, 1945, the daughter of the late Glendon and Janie Terry.  She is survived by her daughters, Joan (Wayne Aaron) and Alice Hood, son, George Hood, grandchildren, Crystal Dawn, Corey Lee, Christopher Lee, Kenneth Gregory, Jace Thomas, Christopher and Andrew “Drew” Buttry and Jennifer, Great-grandchildren, Hailey Marie, Kaydence Rae, Bella Faith and Emma Lynn, Great-Great granddaughter, Amelia Faye, sisters, Cathy Shepherd, Lilly Cobble and Marianne Crowe and her brothers, Thomas Terry and Henry Botts.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L., her son, Glen Thomas, her grandson, Jason Allen, sisters, Martha Kaegin, Barbara, Bonnie and Tammy Botts and her brother, David Botts. A Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 12:00 PM at Floydsburg Cemetery, Crestwood Kentucky.
