Michael Ray Morgan

Michael R. Morgan of Crestwood passed away on Friday, January 6th, 2023.  Son of Leo and Charlotte, Mr. Morgan had a successful career as a jockey spanning four decades.  After retirement, he loved spending time in his garden, watching birds and tending to his bees.  He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Janice, step sons John (wife Kim) and Mike (wife Ashlee) McDonough, and granddaughters Lilly and Molly McDonough.  Services will be held at Stoess Funeral Home in Crestwood on Saturday, February 4th from 11:00am to 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, Mr. Morgan's family requests donations be made to Second Stride in Crestwood, KY or The Home of the Innocents in Louisville, KY
