Jon Allan Wisdom

Jon Allan Wisdom, 80, passed away September 17, 2021 surrounded by his loving family, He loved his family, friends, fishing, golfing at Oldham County Country Club, the Thumbpickers and the Cats. He was with the 100 division for 13 years. He worked at Wheatley Equipment before retiring. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Gloria Bratcher Wisdom, his sister in laws Paula Terrell (Jim), Patsy Clark (Edward) and many nieces and nephews. His niece Jenny Milburn (Joey) thought of like his daughter and his great nephew Justin Allan Milburn and great niece Sarah Jean Milburn were like his grand children who he dearly loved. Jon is preceded in death by his parents J.H. Wisdom and Ollie Byford Wisdom, his sibilings Edward Wisdom, Terry B. Wisdom, Mildred Stoess, Hollis Wisdom, and Colleen Emmet. Visitation Will be held on Tuesday, September 21st, from 3-8 PM with a Funeral on Wednesday at 11Am at Stoess Funeral Home. Expression of sympathy can be made to Hosparus of Louisville or Crestwood Methodist Church.
