Gerald "Jerry" Lee Head

Gerald "Jerry" Lee Head, 69, of Crestwood, KY passed away on August 22nd, 2023, at Baptist Health, with family by his side. 

Jerry was born in Louisville, KY on October 31st, 1953. He was the owner of Crestwood plumbing, an avid golfer, and loved the Cardinals. Jerry was a very proud family man and loved vacations in Myrtle Beach. 

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Jackie, son Troy (Michele), daughter Amy (Bob), and daughter Stacy (Jake); brothers Randy (Debbie), Dan (Amy), and sister Barbie (Dave); Grandchildren Sara, Olivia, TJ, Samantha, Emily, Justin, Ben, Elliott, and Jalyn. 

A celebration of life will be held immediately following the ceremony on Thursday from 1:30-3:30pm at the Oldham County Country Club
