Elizabeth Mae Wilkerson Holliday left our world for the heavens on February 12, 2021. She was born on June 13, 1936, daughter of the late Cassie and John Albert Wilkerson. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her late husband Lewis Holliday to whom she was married for 60 years, and only brother John Alvin Wilkerson. She will be deeply missed by her sisters Easter Ward, Dorothy Gisiger and Ruby Heitzman (Ed) in addition to her nieces and nephews. Elizabeth loved living in the country, bird watching, flower gardening, sewing, and crafting. Her passions included picking wild blackberries and making the best jam ever, making her signature Peanut Brittle candy, finding four leaf clover, her beloved dog named Snoopy, as well as playing intense card games with her sisters. She also enjoyed discovering all the wonders of nature found on her farm, collecting bird nests, and taking care of the many farm animals over the years. She will be greatly missed and her memory will be cherished by all- her family and friends. May she always be hiking in woods and meadows surrounded by the bluebirds that she loved to watch.
