Dorthy L. Carraco

Dorthy L. Carraco of Crestwood, age 92 passed away June 5th, 2021. Native of Oldham County, Protestant by faith, youngest of eight children of Sallie and Howard Carraco. Preceded in death by her parents, her brother, 6 sisters and her beloved M&M’s Muffy and Max. She is survived by her sister Sarah C. Walls and many nieces and nephews. Dorthy was a graduate of Crestwood High School, Ky. Baptist Hospital of Nursing and retiree of Anthem B/C & B/S. Her nursing career for 43 years included Ky. Baptist Hospital, Kosair C.C. Hospital, Methodist Hospital and Anthem B/C & B/S. Her Hobbies included wood carving and genealogy Co-Ordnator, she was instrumental in collecting inscriptions of gravestones in cemeteries of Oldham Co. and publication of revised collection Column 11 Oldham County Cemeteries.
