David Dwain Simpson

David Simpson, Crestwood, age 81, passed away on July 27th, 2024.

David was born August 9th, 1942, in Washington County, Ky. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Lou; step-daughters, Laura Hack, Lisa Ragan (Mark); granddaughter, Kari Proctor; sister, Martha Carter (Gene); and sister in law, Barbara Simpson; along with many neices, nephews, great neices, and great nephews, and their families.

David was preceded in death by his mother and father, Annie and Buford Simpson along with 8 siblings

Visitation for David will be held Wednesday, July 31st from 5-8 PM at Stoess Funeral Home in Crestwood. Thursday, August 1st there will be visitation from noon until time of service at 1 PM at Stoess Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pewee Valley Confederate Cemetery.
