He was the faithful brother of Kenneth Tolley, Roy Tolley, Imogene Keaton, Frank Tolley, and Roger Tolley. His life growing up was shared in brother and sisterly love, in a home filled with love and laughter.
As a young man at Charleston High School, Ed met, and later married, Betty Jane Fizer Tolley. Together, they raised two daughters in Crestwood, Kentucky. Ed cared for his family while working for Bunton Lawn and Turf Equipment where he held many jobs in the plant and in management. Ed was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church where he faithfully provided lawncare assistance and assorted maintenance needs. After forty eight years of marriage, Ed survived the passing of his wife Betty, and later married his lifelong friend Juanita E. Williams Tolley. Ed and Juanita lived in Prospect together the past 18 years until his death.
Charles Edward Tolley was preceded in death by his first wife Betty Jane Fizer Tolley, and siblings Kenneth, Roy, Imogene and Frank.
