Charles Frederick Balke

Charles Frederick Balke, age 78, returned to his Heavenly Father on Monday, October 17, 2022. He was born in Ringos Mill, KY on August 23, 1944, to the late Annie Florence Coons King and Marion Kenneth King. He was later adopted by the late William Frederick Balke and LaVaun Smith Balke. 
Besides his parents he was also preceded in death by a daughter, Karla Ann Balke; a brother, John King; and a half-brother, Karl Thomas King.
He was a member of the Evangel World Prayer Center and retired from the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 181, where he built 1/3 of the infrastructure in Louisville, KY.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Nancy Dallien Balke; daughters, Kenetha Douglas and Zenda Stephenson (Jeffrey); grandchildren, Camille Davis, Kassie Hermann (Cris), and Tabitha Rutherford (Tylor); great grandchildren, Karlee Hermann, Greyson Hermann, Aspyn Hermann, Layla Rutherford, Hailey Rutherford and Colton Rutherford; and a host of other relatives and friends.
