Carole Totten passed away after a vibrant life of faith, service, and love. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert P. Totten; daughters Bobbie Totten and Jacquelyn Olds (Brad); sisters Sharon Elder (Pat) and Terry Winburn (Billy); granddaughters Ella and Caroline Olds; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Marshall and Francis Crask, and brothers Jimmy and David Crask.
Carole was deeply devoted to her faith and community. In Middletown, she was an active member of Middletown Christian Church, sang in the choir, and served with the MVFD Ladies Auxiliary and Board of Trustees. After moving to Shelbyville, she became a longtime member of First Christian Church, where she worked as Financial Secretary and sang in the choir for over 30 years. She was also active in the Shelbyville community and cherished her many friendships.
A lifelong music lover, Carole was always singing—sharing joy and faith through her voice.
Visitation will be held on September 20, 2025 at First Christian Church in Shelbyville, KY. From 11-12 followed by a celebration of life service.
