Bobbie Jean (Rogers) Watkins

Bobbie Watkins, 80, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2026, with her family by her side.

Bobbie dedicated over 30 years to teaching in the Oldham County School System, where she touched the lives of countless students and found great joy in her work.

Bobbie is survived by her husband of 58 years, David Watkins; her son, Scott (Pam); her daughter, Missy; and her beloved grandchildren, Mackenzie, Madison, Nic, Jackson, and Luke.

Visitation will be held at Stoess Funeral Home on April 7th from 4:00–8:00 PM, and again on April 8th from 9:30–11:00 AM at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM on April 8th at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
