Alma Jean (Via) Griffin

Alma Jean Griffin 84 of Lagrange, passed away Monday August 23rd, 2021 at her home. She was born to Chester and Mary Ethel  Via on July 23rd, 1937 in Besoco, West Virginia. She was married to James Griffin who preceded her in death.

  She is survived by her children, Richard(Mary), John(Marianne), Virgil, Bryan(Tina), James, and her Step children Larry(Mary), Robert(Katy), Sandra(Ronnie Long), Donnie(Carol), Johnnie(Kathy). She Has 22 grand children and 44 great-grand children.

    She lived for her family and loved taking care of them. she loved spending time with her grand children and great-grand children as much as she could.

   She worked as a courier for the Orange County Florida Fire Department for over 16 years along with many other small jobs over the years.

  Services will be at Stoess Funeral Home Friday August 27th, 2021 Visitaion from 11:00 am till 2:00 pm. Funeral service at 2:00pm. Burial to follow at Floydsburg Cemetery Crestwood.
