Born to Edward Long and Mary Sallee. Vivian was preceded in death by siblings Dolly Brock, Edward Long, Ruth Long Hall and Ann Moore. She is survived by husband Leonard, brother Billy, daughter Natalie (Marty), stepdaughter Anita (Eddie), grandchildren Joshua, Meghan, Kayla, Alex and Noah; great-grandchildren Leonard Cole, Rodney III, Roxanna Vivian, and Rayvnn Elise, and other nieces, nephews and special friends. Funeral service will be 2pm, Friday, December 13, 2019, Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood, KY, with burial to follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
