Richard Keith Lewellen

Rick Lewellen, age 55, of Pewee Valley, Kentucky, passed away on at his home on February 27 th . He was
a graduate of Oldham County High School and employed at Tree House Foods in Buckner, Kentucky for
15 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walt and Lois Lewellen.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannie, sons, Jordan (Cassie), Dalton and Logan and 3 grandchildren,
Pressley, Xander and Daxton. He is also survived by 4 sisters; Janice (Gerry) Randall; Bonnie (Dave) Honn;
Glenda (Bob) Worley; Debbie (Ron) Drury and a brother Jim and many nieces and nephews who all loved
him and will miss him deeply.
Services were held Saturday, March 2. His family would like to extend their gratitude to all of his friends
and coworkers who loved him and shared their stories with us.

for the past 7 years and to Hosparus of Louisville who provided comfort the last days of his life.
