Lois (Cooper) Blair

Lois Cooper Blair, 95, of Pewee Valley ,passed away Saturday, April 7th, 2018 at Friendship Health and Rehab. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. (Brud).  
She loved hiking in nature, bird watching and sharing her knowledge of wild flowers and greenery.  She was an avid golfer and a member of Oldham County Country Club with her husband.  She volunteered many hours at Baptist Hospital Northeast, and was an avid reader belonging to LaGrange Literary Club.  She loved to travel.  She was a firm believer in putting family first. 
She is survived by her daughters, Harriette Miller, Anita Hall (Morris); grandchildren, Julie Nichelson (Bill), Tommy Miller, Tim Miller, Kelli Nedell (Ed), Amy Brennenstuhl; great grandchildren, Phill Bohannon, Misty Cox (Steve),Charlie Miller, Elizabeth Rosier, and Shelby and John Douglas Brennenstuhl.
Funeral service will be Wednesday 11AM, Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood with burial to follow in Grove Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday 2-8 pm.
