John Booth Taylor

John Booth Taylor III, 79 years old of Prospect, Ky, passed peacefully on Thursday, Oct, 19th. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa. and worked as an engineer for Knolls Atomic Power Lab of G.E.in Schenectady. He then worked for G.E.in Louisville, Vulcan Hart Corp and drove an Oldham Co. School Bus for Buckner Alternative School.

John was preceded in death by his parents; John B. Taylor Jr. and Ruth B. Taylor. He is survived by wife Carol L. Taylor; Sons, Donald J. Taylor (Elaine), Rodger M. Taylor (Lisa), and Craig M. Taylor (Jennifer); brother, Bradley E. Taylor (Gail), 8 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was loved by all who knew him.

Johns body was donated to UofL School of medicine. A memorial service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church 2014 Allison Lane Jeffersonville, Indiana 47130, Friday October 27th at 10:30 AM with a visitation beginning at 10:00 AM until time of service.
