Hazel Penix

Hazel passed away on Monday, May 13th, 2019.  Hazel was a resident of Louisville, KY at the time of passing. Daughter of the late Glen and Lillie (Cullens) West.  Hazel was a homemaker who enjoyed camping, fishing, sewing, and crafts of all types.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Alvie Penix Sr.  She is survived by daughter: Terry Parson (John) of Crestwood.  Son: Alvie Penix Jr (Sharon) of Newcastle.  Grandchildren: Joyce Penix, Michael (Kristine) Parson, Shannon (Joseph) Meiner, and great grandchildren: Austin, Dakota, and Katheryn.

Funeral service will be Thursday, 10 AM, Stoess  Funeral Home, Crestwood with burial to follow in Campbellsburg Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday 2-8 PM.
