William Raymond Fair

William Raymond (Willy Ray) Fair, 29
Entered this world on July 10, 1988 and left it too early on January 25, 2018.
He is preceded in death by his brother Jonathan Fair and his grandfather Billy Fair.
He is survived by his daughter, Kiyah Winstead, parents William Fair, Donna Fair, Life Partner Jake Stillwell, sisters April Phillips, Crystal Shuler and Tiffany Zaring and many other relatives including grandparents, aunts, uncles, several nieces, a nephew, cousins and friends whom he considered family.
Willy Ray had a heart of gold. He loved all his family and friends especially his daughter Kiyah his little "Stink Stink". She was his world and his life. He would help anyone in their time of need. He would play for hours with his nieces and nephew who adored him and called him Uncle Ray Ray. Willy Ray was loved by so many and will be missed everyday.
