Friends and family were often the recipients of roses in an array of hues and fragrances from Una’s rose garden, as well as lovingly prepared meals, topped off by homemade pies for which she was renowned. She was an exemplary seamstress, creating heirloom dresses for all of her granddaughters and intricate needlework and ribbon work as decorative pieces for her home.
Una loved to golf, entertain, play bridge, and spend time with her family. She touched everyone she met in some way. She is loved.
