Doris Ann (Derryberry) Robbins

Doris Ann (Derryberry) Robbins, 78, of Pewee Valley, Kentucky, went to her heavenly life on Tuesday, January 19, 2016.

She was a member of Crestwood United Methodist Church, CUMC Women's Circle Group and Sing Along Sisters. She was on the Pewee Valley Cemetery  Board, and a former Pewee Valley City Clerk.  Originally from Memphis, TN, she enjoyed Elvis music, was an avid reader, loved solving crossword puzzles, enjoyed volunteering, making Christmas stockings for needy children, and blankets for family members.

Doris Ann is survived by her beloved husband of 58 years, Walter H. Robbins, Jr. and three daughters, Catherine Rohe (David), Carole Powell (Kent), and Cristen Ohlin (Paul). Six grandchildren, Aaron Rohe (Krista), Emma Rohe, Ryan Powell, Alison Schult (Joe), Megan and Ashley Ohlin. Two great-grandchildren, Ace and Wesley Schult.  Three siblings, William Derryberry, Donna Derryberry, and Kay Blaum (Paul).

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 24th, 2:00 - 6:00 PM at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood.  Funeral services on Monday, January 25th, 11:00 AM at Crestwood Methodist Church, followed by burial in Pewee Valley Cemetery.

Donations can be made to a charity of choice.
