I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. Recently I lost my dear mother,
and found great comfort in the Holy Bible, like at Isaiah 25 verse 8 -
" The Sovereign Lord will swallow up death forever, and wipe away
the tears from all faces." Also at Revelation 21 verse 4, we find
God's promise to remove both pain and death. For more comfort,

I first met Charlie when all of his kids were very young. I worked with his wife. Through the years of our friendship, we shared so many fun times with Pops and the rest of the bunch. He had a funny sense of humor...not the laugh aloud type, but more like the grinning in the corner type. Children were drawn to him, including my own. We went to many of Becky's "shows" together and he was so proud of her! He had the same pride in all of his kids. I feel honored to have been his friend. He was a hard working man, who had his share of "rough" times. He never had a bad attitude or blamed others. Charlie will definitely be missed. I will be praying for the family during this difficult time and the days to follow. Much love, Kathy McClain

So sorry to hear about "Pops" passing........ I really didn't get to know him but Meredith I know loved spending time with him on his porch just talking.... What sweet memories. He was so blessed to have such a wonderful family who loved him so.... My sincere sympathies to you all..... God Bless.
